Construction company looking to subcontract work

We are a locally owned construction company who has been in business in Spokane since 2008 and are looking for someone to help us with our work load. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, able to be a leader, able to return phone calls, able to do the physical labor, able to put together estimates, able to be responsible and honest as well as having a "can do" attitude. We need someone who has their own vehicle as well as tools. The owners of the company would take care of billing and making sure everything else for the company is up to date however, it would be your responsibility to provide the paperwork for each job so we can bill or estimate appropriately. We use a dispatching service where you can upload notes into and provide us with estimates via an app. Must be experienced. Busy season is from April-Oct/Nov and Nov/Dec-March are much slower. Looking for someone willing to take on work for $45/hour unless its a bid job. We will purchase all materials/ give you a company credit card to do so.
