Hi there, I am a current Lyft Driver, having driven in 2019 and now post-pandemic. The money is WAY better now (You may have noticed Lyfts/Ubers are more expensive to hail). Below is attached proof. Lyft currently has an offer out there- they will pay new (or former) drivers a guaranteed $2100 for completing 125 rides in 30 days. From the screen shots, and depending on when you drive, this should take about 40-50 hours. I am not posting this out of altruism. I do like it, but why would I share this and want other drivers on the road? Because if you use my referral code, I get $950. If you use my code, I will split it with you. So, for 50 hours of work, you can make $2100 + $475 from my referral. Dont have a car? Look into their rental program. I believe it costs somewhere around $200/week to rent through them. I have my own car so I don't know the specifics. However, my referral for you will still work. $2575/50 hours= $51.50 per hour. Keep scrolling craigslist all you want, you're not going to find a better hourly rate that you can start this week, and chose whatever hours you want.
