JBC is currently seeking for multiple temps to help with a client that is affiliated with a very well known fine jewelry brand that was created in the heart of Philadelphia. They are well known for their bracelets and other pieces that have been classic looks for both men and women. The client is looking for temps who have come from wholesale or the jewelry industry. Client: Jewelry Brand Location: Philadelphia, PA Departments for positions: Operations and Customer Care Job Type: FULL TIME Job Levels: Entry level Work Schedule: : M-F (8:30 – 5:00 PM), 40 hours per week, OT as needed for both positions Equipment: Desktop computer JOB/SKILL REQUIREMENTS - 1-3 years relevant industry experience preferred -Education: High School Diploma -Data Entry Skills/ MRP/ ERP -Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel -Knowledge of fulfillment and shipping procedures -Ability to meet deadlines in a team structure -Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment -Accuracy when entering and verifying information e.g. items and addresses -Ability to meet tight deadlines PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS -Prolonged periods of standing (for the position on site) -Bending, sitting and light lifting are part of daily tasks -Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer -Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times -Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs
