ECHO (El Camino Homeless Organization) provides shelter for some of the homeless men, women, and children in SLO County 365 nights a year. Please consider helping ECHO as we continue to provide services to those in our county who need it the most! We are looking for a breakfast volunteer to help serve breakfast to our residents. This position is available daily, with opportunity to volunteer once a week, several times a week, or any varying schedule. The Morning Breakfast Volunteer comes to ECHO at 7:30am to serve breakfast to the clients. The client breakfast is from 7:30am-8:30am. Volunteers will have full access to ECHO’s kitchen and food supply for breakfast. The shift will end at 8:30am. Training Description: Volunteers will have orientation and training before assuming this role. Volunteer Requirements: Must enjoy working with others in a supportive role.
