Company Description: Recycle NOW provides professionally managed doorstep trash and recycling service for multi-family apartment communities in Texas and beyond. Job Location: DFW Job Description: This is a part time Foreman position for Recycle NOW’s doorstep trash and recycling collection service, and will involve assisting the supervisor with coverage, training and auditing part-time nightly team members to perform Recycle NOW’s doorstep collection service. Hours: 8 pm - 11:30 pm. Sunday through Thursday (hours may vary) Ideal Candidates Characteristics: Strong moral character, exceptional time management skills, ability to effectively train new team members. A willingness to embrace blue collar work - this work involves dealing with on-site trash collection and dealing with trash dumpsters and compactors, ability to embrace team members or prospective hires no-showing and having to fill in, and the ability to work well with a team.
