Will act not only as a landscape installation crew member but will also be responsible for managing crew members and equipment at different locations. Must have experience and feel comfortable driving with a trailer. Must feel confident driving with a 12ft. trailer. Will train the right person. Minimum Requirements: 1. Valid driver's license and good driving record 2. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively 3. Good work history 4. Physically capable of working in a landscape installation environment including lifting, digging, planting... 5. Good organizational skills 6. Willingness to take on challenges with a can do attitude and encourage all crew members. Beneficial Experience 1. Experience with blue prints and job site plans a plus 2. Experience with equipment a plus 3. Experience within the landscape/irrigation industry 4. Resources/contacts for putting together a labor crew 5. Willing to travel on occasion for projects 6. Computer/tablet/smart phone proficiency 7. Read and write Spanish 8.
