Guitar Rant - Am I the A**hole?

I love to play but I am certainly no GOAT. I play in a Page, Clapton, Betts style and work my ass off to sound good. I play with musicians who do not practice. What is up with that? I love to practice. During the pandemic I worked remotely, slept and practiced. I will not go to rehearsal or on stage if I am not confident in my ability to play the songs well. Seems sensible - right? Why won't people practice? I play with nice people, they have a cool rehearsal space, they get gigs, play cool songs and I like to hang with them. But they won't practice. Does this sound familiar? Are my expectations unreasonable? Am I an A**hole when I get frustrated? Thanks for letting me rant. My wife is sick of hearing about this.
