Are you looking for part-time work in the building maintenance field? If so, we are interested in discussing our opening with you. Our small condominium association has a great opportunity for a mature person with experience in grounds work, doing minor repairs and other duties as needed. We offer flexible hours, up to 1000 hours per year in a pleasant working environment. Pay range, commiserate with your experience and skill level is $15 to $17 per hour.
