Help unload a single item

Need help unloading a single piece of furniture on Friday, probably late morning. It will be going from a cargo van into a residence in downtown Portland, via freight elevator. Item is not overly heavy but does require 2 people, which is why I am hiring for 1 person. This is a simple and easy gig that should take 15-20 minutes, and pays $30. I am not in need of professional services: and looking for someone local that needs/wants extra cash. Please respond with and relevant work experience and a contact number. No Flakes!
