Clean and organize garage and one bedroom

I need to have my garage organized so to be able to get to the doorway into the house and so we can get to the hot water heaters. Basically, I want everything pulled out and re-stacked and organized. A few of the items will require two people to move. I have one room in my house that is also packed with stuff and it needs to be pulled out and organized so as to be able to get around the room. I'm guessing two guys will take 3 hours to get done. Guessing two hours in the garage and one in the room.
