Fix Floating Hardwood floor

Hi, I have hardwood floor someone installed but it is floating in some areas, could be due to changes in weather or leveling, can you help fix it ? We have people staying at house so can not re-do entire floor, need to quick fix it without needing to move entire furniture. This needs to be done today or tomorrow. I also have a small latch on front main door that is not opening, if you can help with that as well, that will be great.
