We are seeking an Independent Occupancy Field Inspector throughout Essex and Clinton counties. Areas to include: Chazy, Plattsburgh, Champlain, Morrisonville, Lake Placid, Jay, Keene, Elizabethtown, Willsboro, Mineville, Tupper Lake and surrounding. Property inspections are typically completed on behalf of the mortgage company. The primary duties of a Field Inspector is to locate, photograph, and inspect properties. We complete Occupancy verification inspections, Vacant property Inspections as well as specialty inspections such as damage inspections and business verification inspections. Examples of tasks required include determining whether the property is occupied of vacant, reporting the condition of the property, delivering door cards, determining utility status, and reporting observed damages. Requirements: LLC or Corporation* You must be Local to the Area listed. Daytime Availability: Inspections must be completed during daylight hours.
