Red Mountain Weight Loss and MedSpa seeks a full-time Fulfillment Coordinator to work out of our North Scottsdale corporate office/warehouse. This position is responsible for the physical and/or administrative tasks involved with the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing, and distribution of inventory and supplies. **Now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus!** RESPONSIBILITIES: -Perform administrative functions associated with data entry, reporting, data reconciliation, electronic order processing, and tracking. -Manage email boxes associated with order fulfillment and other inventory/purchasing functions as assigned. -Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. -Prepare and assemble kitting packages for customer fulfillment. -Pull and stage orders accurately and ensure that each order is thoroughly secured. -Responsible for final quality control and shipping of all shipments. -Receive and stock inventory according to management established guidelines and procedures. -Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices. -Perform warehouse and inventory control processes of the warehouse including auditing, cycle counting, and physical inventory. -Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse, making sure everything is in its proper place. -Assist supervisor to manage and oversee inventory levels, inventory movement, supply requests, orders, upcoming demand, and work in process. -Effectively partners with purchasing, vendors, and internal partners. QUALIFICATIONS: -High School Degree or higher (Associate’s Degree preferred) -Ability to perform repetitive, physical tasks such as building/breaking down boxes, compiling shipping materials, etc. -Intermediate computer skills -Effective oral and written communications skills -Superior attention to detail -Courteous, honest, and loyal -Positive attitude and team player -Minimum lifting requirements of 50 pounds in order to handle incoming/outgoing inventory, and maintaining the warehouse stock. -Ability to frequently bend, twist, change positions in order to perform inventory-related tasks in the warehouse.
