Room Attendant Responsible for cleaning guest rooms and common areas. Interact with the guests and anticipate their needs before they become a necessity. Some of your responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Clean, dust, wax, scrub, mop and service guest rooms daily in line with hotel procedures. • Replace linens on beds and replenish guest room supplies, empty wastebaskets. • Provide necessary linen and amenities to guests. • Leave rooms in pristine condition as stipulated in the manual. • Report any damage, hazards and needed repairs to management. • Return any items found in guest rooms or hallways to management. • Clean all corridors and service areas. • Manage the room cleaning application. • Report any unusual situations to management. (Guests smoking in room, excess of people, etc.…..) • Perform other duties as directed, developed, or assigned.
