SO MANY SCAMMERS FOR DOGS/PUPPIES ON CRAIGS

So, The amount of scammers and crooks posting pets on Craigs is just crazy. The first sign of a scam is when the person does NOT list a phone to reach them. They show a picture of the dog with the phone number in the picture or have some weird way to contact them. If you do not see a picture that shows a dog or puppy in a setting like a house with a normal looking photo of the dog in a normal family setting....don't bother. You should be able to send an email (via Craigs) or call the person, and usually a REAL person with a dog or puppy will list their history, their age, what vet treatments the dog had, how old the dog is, what the dog gets along with - cats/dogs/kids. But the END result is if you cannot call the person and get them on the phone to talk about the dog/puppy/cat then they are scamming. You must be able to dial their phone number and they should answer the phone and discuss the animal they have. SO MANY SCAMS ON CRAIGS LIST FOR dogs/puppies/cats!!!
