Description
Hardwood Flooring company is looking for dedicated members to join our team as installer or sander. The type of person we are looking for is very hard working and has a background in building or construction. This is an overtime position- many of our crews like to work long days and will work 50+ hours in a week (7am-5:30pm).
Starting pay is $12-$16 per hour depending on experience. Crew lead is possible after 1 year and starts at $16 per hour for exceptional individuals.
Upon arrival you will likely be a 3rd member of a 2-man crew. Your responsibility will be to learn on the job and prove you are useful and not lazy to the crew leader. Good candidates catch on fast.
