PRIVATE RESIDENCE FULL SERVICE HOUSEKEEPER MAID NEEDED ONE OR TWO DAYS PER WEEK - $30 per hour One person, or teams of two to three people are acceptable. 4-6 hours each week. Extra time for special projects Central Palm Springs in Movie Colony W-9 and 1099 Income Reported ALL Housekeepers must show proof of full COVID vaccination. Retired Married Same-Sex Male Couple age 61 and 75. Both are Vaccinated for COVID. No pets. Our long time housekeeper has moved out of state to care for her father. Monday morning preferred. Strong communication using English, text, email is required. Must accept some special cleaning methods and instructions such as for cast iron, non-scratch cleaners, etc. STRICT COVID procedures required: distance, fresh air, vaccination when qualified, masking. Primary area is the large open plan room with kitchen and dishes, dining, and living areas. Bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, change sheets, Laundry of clothing and bedding. As needed windows, exterior patio decks and walls, exterior furniture, refrigerator, etc. Cooking and party service possible. If provider lives nearby, 1/2 to 1 hour early morning visits are possible too but that is not a requirement. Also, assistance with food preparation and cooking is of interest as well although that is not required. Please describe your capabilities, experience, and interest assisting us with the above tasks. References Required from other housekeeping clients, 2 years of stable recent prior experience *as paid home housekeeper* required, Background Check (no prior drug abuse or criminal history), Proof of Right to work such as Social Security card or Tax ID, California Driver’s License and reliable vehicle, Strong preference to those with flexibility for some short notice (same-day) tasks.
