Teddy Bear Hamster with habitat

I have a cream color male teddy bear hamster to rehome. He’s about 6-7 months old, healthy but shy at first. He is very clean, can be litter trained completely as he is partly trained. He can come with his habitat, a 20 gallon tank with screen lid and his supplies. In his tank he has a blue quiet wheel, blue igloo hideaway, red food dish, green bathtub, water bottle. For just the hamster I am asking a rehoming fee of $10. For him and his entire habitat I am asking $35 (negotiable). I took him in when his family couldn’t care for him. I have 2 other hamsters and 3 is just too much for me. I may be able to negotiate the hamster set up but will not negotiate the rehoming fee for him alone.
