We are looking to hire 8 - 10 Event laborers. We are a General Contractor that sets up large events like the International Auto Expo, Comic Con, East Coast Gaming, and the South Atlantic Fire and Rescue Expo. We are also interested in training one of these candidates to eventually be a Show Supervisor. MUST have a valid DL and be willing to drive a 26ft box truck. Pay is dependent on experience. NO EXPERIENCE necessary to get hired though. We have no problem training motivated individuals that are ready for a career change. We are a equal opportunity employer, and we do hire Felons. During our busy seasons (aug-nov, and Feb-may) their will be plenty of opportunities to work overtime at time and a half pay after 40 hours. We pay hourly plus milage for employees that drive our vehicles to and from events. We offer a %3 retirement match and paid vacation after a probationary period. Currently our warehouse is in Durham NC, but we are moving to Roxboro NC this June. Some duties include the General Set up of events like Carpet, tables, chairs, and drapery. Also freight handling, Forklift, and Arial lift operators, and Loading and Unloading tractor trailers. We are also looking to hire a worker that has a Class A CDL. It's not full time driving, and you won't be on the road for long periods of time. Most of our events are in Raliegh, but we also service events in Charlotte, Ashville, Willmington, Pinehurst, Hickory, Durham, and Chapel Hill. We have a few events out of state as well. Some places include Richmond VA, Myrtle Beach SC, Atlanta GA, and Nashville TN.
