Property Management Company accepting resumes/applications for the position of "GROUNDSKEEPER" for their Wilmington, NC apartment communities. HIRING BONUS OFFERED ((for a limited time)) Position responsibilities include but not limited to the following; - Keeping the property free of trash, debris, etc. - Maintaining property's appearance (raking, planting, etc.) - Perform "trash out" of vacated apartments (removal of items left behind in a move-out) - Assist in keeping storage areas maintained, organized and clean - Pressure washing - Minor maintenance (with the opportunity to grow in knowledge, if desired) - and more!
