3 yr old Siberian Husky "Malikai" waiting at shelter

I'm a volunteer dog walker at the Wake County Animal Shelter and wanted to post about this wonderful dog named Malikai that's currently at the shelter waiting on a family to adopt him. This dog is wonderful in nature and has been a great camper at the shelter since coming in. We named him Malikai and he had a micro chip, but the owner didn't respond to come pick him up. I have walked him numerous times and he is a very good natured boy. Being a husky breed, he loves to be outside and he is not happy being in a small kennel all alone for 24/7. He is a smart boy and needs to explore and be exercised. Malikai walks great on a leash once outside. He is perky and loves to sniff around. He does not pull much at all on leash. His tail wags the entire time. Please visit asap (no appointment needed). This boy needs out before the holiday weekend.
