FULL TIME apartment prep and cleaning position for an apartment community in Warren. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Turning vacant units. Cleaning the unit, including walls, ceilings, cabinets, appliances, bathrooms, windows, blinds, etc. • Light electrical. Change out switches, plugs, and light fixtures. • Light plumbing. Change out sinks, faucets, etc. • Pickup grounds daily. • Help clear snow from porches, sidewalks and parking lot. Job requirements: • Must have own transportation. • Must have valid driver’s license. • Must have own tools. Common hand tools like hammer, screwdrivers, pliers and drill. • Must have a good attitude and the ability to listen to and follow directions. Pay starts at $13.00 an hour. DO NOT EMAIL RESUMES.
