Lead Carpenter & Renovator needed for: High End Residential Renovating of Bathroom’s, Kitchens, Finishing Basements & Room Additions. - Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. - Will receive a 1099 at end of year. - Needs own transportation and own tools. - Nonsmoker, neat & clean, no bad language. - Must be very polite and considerate of customers property. - Able to conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times. - Able to work well with other company workers and/or subcontractors. - Must be very good at the following trades: Finish Carpentry, Framing, Drywall, Painting, Tile Work. - Minor Plumbing & Electrical (not a must, but would be nice.) * Must be able to work 40 hours a week. Paid weekly every Friday. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on years of experience
