Found bonded tuxedo cats

Two adult tuxedo cats who appear to be relatively clean and fed, as well as bonded (maybe litter mates?) showed up a few weeks ago and have been hanging under my porch. They seem fairly scared and tussle with the neighborhood cats, but are unhurt. I live on Scott St in the Eastside neighborhood of Covington, between 8th and 9th streets.
