Grounds Workers Needed! Location: Largo, FL Salary: $14.49 Shift: M-F 6:30am – 3:00pm Grounds Worker Qualifications Assumes responsibility for all aspects of grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, weed-eating, raking, weeding plant beds, pruning shrubs and small trees, grass removal, planting, watering, and sodding. Operates small power tools to maintain highways, City right-of-ways, or recreation areas. Operates small equipment, portable mixers, and other equipment as directed. Follows standard safety precautions in the operation of equipment, performs minor maintenance and routine housekeeping on assigned equipment. Possibility of attending mandatory training to ensure compliance of all rules and proper equipment operation. Performs related work as required.
