Sparkl Mobile detailing has multiple positions available in Chicago, both full-time Lead Tech and Cleaning Contractor positions! Sparkl servers our Chicago market by providing car washes and details onsite at vehicle locations. In addition, there will be new properties and locations opening for service this year. We expect this position to grow into a Supervisor role, leading a team of technicians as our customer base in the market grows. Ability to sell is a plus, but not required. Requirements Lead Techs will need prior detailing experience Lead Techs need to be available at least 30 hrs a week (we can arrange hybrid weekday/weekend shifts) On a path for growth to 40 hours depending on business. Contractor Cleaners don't need experience, we will train you, and work around your schedule! Be able to communicate excellently with your team even when unsupervised Wash and/or detail vehicles according to Sparkl standards Perform visual inspections of each vehicle before, during and after cleaning Regularly communicate with the Sparkl Operations Manager Maintain a friendly, positive attitude in order to build great relationships with new and existing customers Track inventory using Sparkl processes and tools Address customer service issues and escalations, as needed Qualifications and skills Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle Clean background check Ability to work independently Exceptional attention to detail Strong communication skills Positive, team-building attitude Interest in Leadership Previous car wash or detailing experience is a plus! Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: To keep our technicians and customers safe, we require our technicians to wear face masks and gloves (provided by Sparkl).
