McNeal, Duckworth & McNeal, Inc. is looking for an maintenance tech for its 359 unit manufactured home park in Highland, CA. Hours: 40 Hours a week 7a -- 4:00p, some overtime may be required Days: Monday -- Friday, occasional work on a weekend, only as needed Location: Highland, CA Description of duties: · General carpentry including framing, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc. · Other duties include painting, drywall repairs, door hardware, basic landscaping/irrigation, lighting, etc. · Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds Requirements: · Valid California Driver's License · Speak, read and write in English · Pass background check · Bilingual a plus Compensation: $20.00+ per hour depending on experience.
