The Residential Cleaning Technician provides cleaning services to various residential properties. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors, dusting, cleaning windows and mirrored surfaces, emptying trash bins, and servicing, cleaning bathrooms and other living spaces. The Residential Cleaning Technician is also responsible for stocking and maintaining an adequate amount of supplies, identifying the need for repairs, and performing routine inspections of equipment. We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate has the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, work independently and in a team environment, maintain high attention to detail, and manage their time wisely when completing job responsibilities.
