I took pics of all the cars parked at this location. Now I'm waiting for 1 of the residents to come out so I can identify this gal.. I don't thinx she lives here.. She followed me early early this morning then totally gave me the stare down while stopped at a light.. I'll find what's up and let the cop's deal with her..
