We are looking to hire several cleaners for our Airbnb Management Company. If you are not familiar with Airbnb and VRBO, these are vacation rental homes. It is very similar to hotel cleaning (laundry, making beds, lighter cleaning), however these are larger homes. Our busiest days are Friday - Monday. Being available to clean on Sundays is a MUST. Most cleanings take place from 11am - 4pm but additional cleaning hours are available. Also, there will be opportunities for deep cleans for a higher pay. Homes are in the Greater Charlotte area. We need someone that is reliable and has their own transportation. Reliability and great communication is everything to us because of the nature of our business. There may also be an opportunity to grow in this company for the right person. This is a 1099 contract position. Pay starts at $15 an hour. Most homes take 2.5 - 4 hours and you will have multiple homes most days.
