Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City is looking for a full-time maintenance employee. This is a full-time position with benefits and the pay is hourly. The Maintenance Employee is responsible for keeping a running inventory of all cleaning supplies and submitting purchasing requests when supplies get low, maintaining our 2 dealerships, and responding to repair requests. PLEASE APPLY HERE: Responsibilities Include: -Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the office building looking clean and professional -Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair -Perform various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, and appliances -Coordinate maintenance schedule of supported equipment -Respond to repair requests quickly and with a professional manner -Adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone -Perform routine cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by the facility management team Requirements: -An eye for detail -Able to work without supervision -Physically capable of long days on your feet in the outdoor environment -Ability to lift 50lbs -Ability to reach, load, and unload equipment -Able to pass drug screen and background check -Able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
