Need 3 rooms kilzed and painted. Has smoke damage. Need 1.5 boards of sheetrock hunged in ceiling. Need paint sprayer. Replace countertop.Need person with helper. This is an apartment located in College Park area. Tenant had kitchen fire. If you do a good job on other work is available. Must have truck and paint sprayer. Job needs to be completed in two days.
