We found a black/brown/white dog with a blue collar roaming on Aala Pl. x Baldwin in Makawao. He invited himself over to a play with our 2 dogs in the yard. Doggie is safe and happy - he has food and water and gets along well with dogs and people. He is in our fenced yard so he doesn't get hurt on the busy street.
