I recently became responsible for a number of rental units. Many need new roof work. I am not a roofer, but I need to learn fast. This is a unique situation. I am hiring you to train me as we do replacements. Most are 3-tab shingles; however, I am also looking at possibly going with metal roofs on all or at least one. These are mostly small single story roofs. One is a larger commercial building. I will listen to your suggestions and we will work together to plan and execute. I am open to hiring help which you may know, or I will find men to help. I can arrange to have any tools and supplies which will be needed.
