Diabetic lab mix needs new home

Seeking a great home for our Diabetic Labrador/Golden Retriever mix. Would also appreciate any leads on rescue organizations that might be able to help rehome him. Our dog is 3 years old and was diagnosed with Diabetes 6 months ago. He requires insulin injections twice daily. He eats a PetSupermarket brand food, no prescription diet required. He will come with his remaining insulin, syringes, glucometer, and testing supplies. Due to our long work days and required travel, we are unable to provide the consistent lifestyle he now needs. We are hoping to find him some kind person that is willing to take on a special dog. He is a sweet dog, housebroken but requires a potty break now at least every 4-5 hours. He loves to be with you, is a great companion. Loves car rides, gets along with other dogs and cats, and waits patiently for his insulin injections and the treat that follows it. I know finding him a good home will be a longshot, but I'm praying we can find him the home he needs.
