Join Alisyn for a Sunset Sound Bath Meditation at Atwater Beach on Sunday June 27th 6:30-7:30pm Please join Sound Healer, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner Alisyn Benkowski for a sunset Sound Bath Meditation. Sunday June 27th at 6:30pm on Atwater beach. (Please give yourself enough time to walk down to the beach and set up your cozy space) $25 per guest As you enter this magical world of sound you will realize how powerful crystal singing bowls are. The sound bath will bring the body and mind to a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. The vibrations of the bowls harmonize with the energetic body and work to release dis-harmony and dis-ease that we hold on to. This workshop will incorporate intention setting, meditation, and other vibrational instruments. Come sink deep into your body and enjoy the healing benefits of sound. Please bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat to lie on.
