Qualifications • Construction Experience: 5 years (Preferred) • Driver's License Full Job Description We are looking for Lead Foremen with the following qualifications: • 5 years minimum of construction supervision experience (Preferred) • Communicate updates to client as needed • Experience using and maintaining tools and equipment • Plan, organize, supervise, and inspect the work of skilled and semi-skilled laborers • Go over job notes with estimator when necessary • Lays out work as specified in blueprints, drawings and specifications • Inspects work areas to ensure work is being conducted in accordance with all safety, cleanliness, and quality standards • Handle & document problems that arise or mistakes that occur • Submit material order requests to the office • Ensures tools and equipment are maintained, cleaned, and organized signed in and out. • Inform the office of the progress of the project including any customer concerns, problems, or delays • Ensure the image of the company is supported through professional appearance and expert workmanship • Strong organizational skills with fine attention to detail • Strong and effective communication skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
