High-end millwork shop seeking a full-time, experienced spray booth finisher. Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum of 7 years experience. - Enthusiastic Team Player with excellent communication skills. - Complete understanding of wood, raw materials, paint, stain colors, creating and matching colors, as well as the knowledge and use of spray finishing machinery and process. - Understanding and knowledge of water-based products that include ICA finishes. - Skilled in proper techniques for sanding raw materials (hardwoods and veneers as well as sealed products). - Consistently attain highest quality results in a timely manner. - Maintain finish equipment including proper cleaning of spray guns. - Maintain clean work area by sweeping and setting tools and items in their place. - Meet with shop manager on a daily basis to review, and prioritize schedule and daily tasks/assignments. - Maintain safe work condition. - Ability to lift 50-75 lbs; reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, crouch. - Must be able to work overtime as needed.
