Property management company looking for an experienced handyman/ maintenance worker to perform light maintenance on Staten Island
Requirements:
1. Minimum Of 3- 5 years’ Experience
2. Residential Experience Preferred
3. Painting /Patching
4. Capability to Troubleshoot in These Areas:
a. Electrical Issues
b. Plumbing
5. Work Orders
6. Attention to Detail When Turning Vacant Apartments to Be Rented
7. Willingness to Work Hard with A Can-Do Attitude
8. Must have a valid driver license, and a clean record.
