We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Superintendent in Brooklyn, NY, to oversee the daily maintenance and janitorial responsibilities of our 600+ unit apartment community. As the Superintendent, your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to: - Supervision of maintenance and janitorial staff - Work orders - Unit turn-overs - Preventative Maintenance - Inventory - Inspections/preparations for REAC inspections - Vendor management - Emergency on-call - Special projects Qualifications/Requirements: - Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for at least 8 hours - Supervisory experience - Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC and etc. - Comfortable with being on-call for emergencies - MUST be willing to live on-site Please apply directly with a resume.
