Free event with delicious food, drinks, and heirloom cast iron Start your Memorial Day Weekend off right! Chef Luna Contreras from Nightingale portland is in our demo kitchen making her famous duck carnitas. The cooking demo will take place from 12 PM - 1 PM with samples provided after. We'll also have drinks from Widmer Brothers Brewing along with a few non-alcoholic options too. Our FINEX Factory Store will be open from 10 until 4. Every cast iron purchase comes with a free t-shirt. COVID precautions will be in place, including masks and social distancing.
