Join us to Feed the Need in the community! Heart + Hand helps 5,000 individuals annually with basic needs of food, clothing, household items, work shoes, home medical equipment, diapers, formula, utility assistance, and more! Low-income families residing in South Charleston, St. Albans, Tornado, Dunbar, Institute, Alum Creek, Davis Creek and the Upper Kanawha Valley (Riverside High School district) are recipients of our services.
