Beautiful Pomeranian puppy

We are rehoming an 11-week old Pomeranian. She’s such an adorable puppy, and so smart, but an anticipated co-parenting situation has fallen through and I’m unable to accommodate raising her full-time. She’s doing great with potty-training (given that we’re in a 3rd floor walk up), but feel that she’d also love having a yard and an older sibling. She’s happiest being able to play outside at her leisure...but my condo doesn’t provide a good set-up for this either. She loves other dogs! And enjoys driving our cats crazy :). She’s also doing well in the car ~ we crate her in the car, but no car sickness/minimal crying. She follows extremely well and doesn’t love her leash.. yet. She almost has “sit” down... “stay”, not a bit ;). . I have had Leo 12 years since he was a tiny puppy. He is my best friend and the closest thing I have to family. He was spooked by a nearby gunshot late at night while camping in the open space preserve and was gone instantly last Wednesday night.No collar but is microchipped. Could have a broken or wounded leg. Fell out of 2nd story window. His name is Pickles, but he doesn't like to be picked up and may not come if called.outside of wagon wheel liquors on w. college avenue in Santa Rosa.. his name is smokey.. his a pitbull male, white and tan.. please help my children bring their main dude home.. they are devastated
