Seeking 1 or 2 full-time cleaners for roughly 30+ residential apartments in Allston, Brighton, South Boston, Dorchester, Mission Hill, North End, and Beacon Hill that have both short and long-term guests. Fast growing company with new building coming available. DESCRIPTION You will clean private rooms, studios, small to medium apartments, building common areas, etc. Types of cleanings will be room turnovers and weekly/bi-weekly cleaning of common areas. Each unit cleaning should take 45 minutes – 1.5 hours. Room cleanings will be tracked using company software and updates will need to be posted after completion There will also be Post-Construction cleanings after a remodel is done (between 2-4 hours) COMPENSATION: $45 per property $15 per room turnover $30 for same-day requests $250-$400 for post construction cleanings, depending on size and severity HOURS: Flexible hours, cleanings to be done between Monday and Friday, between 9:00AM and 5:00PM – Availability to accommodate for same-day and weekend requests is necessary.
