Description

Part-time custodian needed for evenings and weekends at a house of worship. The duties include event set-up and breakdown, general cleaning of religious space, offices, classrooms, common areas, and bathrooms. This will include carpet cleaning and stripping floors using a power floor machine, setting up tables and chairs, breaking down rooms after use, clean-ups after various functions, events and activities. Operates the dish machine after dinner for clean-ups. Provide support for religious Services. Able to work independently and show initiative, troubleshoot and provide support during activities. Must be quality focused, customer service oriented. Must be able to coordinate event set-up and manage time appropriately. Must be able to follow instructions and take direction. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Prior experience as a janitor or custodian is preferred. Must have a clean Cori background check and have your own transportation and must have the be ability to speak, read and write English. Pay is commensurate with experience.
