He lobbies with NAR, MAR and AREAA on housing issues that affect the general public, serving the interests of homeowners, property owners and investors. He served as the 2019 National President for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), and continues to give back to Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), the Greater Boston Association of Realtors (GBAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR). An early adopter of Homevestors (the “We Buy Ugly Houses” brand), AirBnb, eXp Realty, Tom’s Team continues to flip houses, add to his rental portfolio, service his real estate clients’ and investor’s by helping them continue to build upon their real estate holdings.
