This is an in person event. This is also an interactive event. In this workshop we will discover the polarities of the Nervous System. In this workshop we will discover the polarities of the Nervous System. Which play a roll in our healing and our perceiving. How we see the world and ourselfs. Do we see the world working for us? Or against us? Do we have self grace? Or self hatred? We will go over the anatomy of the Nervous System along with it's function in our body. Learning it's global impact and influence on how we show up. Increased self awareness is the goal, specifically by being able to notice where you are at in terms of the polarities of the Nervous System. A step towards self mastery.
