Miami-Dade Restoration Company seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic responsible, detailed oriented mold remediator for a full time immediate employment. Job Requirements: • Technicians will be required to build containments, demolition, tearing down sheet rock, pulling carpet, hauling trash and debris, etc. • Has no problem working additional time to complete the projects. • Willing to work overtime for after hours and weekend work and work flexible hours as needed • Drive company vehicle in safest and most respectful manner • Physically able to wear a full body suit and full face respirator (PPE) • Work in high and confined spaces and hot working environments • Professional, neat and clean appearance a must • Follows all industry approved guidelines in the water extraction and remediation process for mold contamination • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50-75 pounds • Provide excellent customer service • Detailed orientated, hard working, self-motivated, able to work with multiple projects, follow directions accurately and take initiative • Other duties may be assigned Benefits: • Paid time off •Bonus pay Required Skills: • Basic general construction experience (preferred) • Ability to use power tools (preferred) • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and work in tight spaces Desired Background: • Remediation experience. • Xactimate software (not required but a plus) • DASH (not required but a plus) • IICRC certified (Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification) • General Labor Experience Required Education/License: • High School Diploma or G.E.D. • Valid Driver’s License, Clean Driving Record All applicants must have reliable transportation a valid driver’s license and insurance and be able to pass a background check and drug screening
