Golden retriever/Lab for rehoming

Hello! We are on the hunt for the perfect forever home for our girl, Phoebe. She is 50% golden retriever, and the dad was a lab/German shepard/Akita mix. She was born April 10th, 2020 so she just turned 1 year old. She is house trained and crate trained. She is up to date on all her vaccinations, heartworm prevention and was spayed a few weeks ago. She walks well on a leash, and loves riding in the car. She does well with kids of all ages and all other animals; dogs(big and small), cats, chickens, and has even been around a mini horse and done phenomenal. She's honestly the perfect dog, but we have fallen on hard times and cannot provide for her the way she deserves. I'm quite confident that she would fit in well with any family. I will be asking a rehoming fee to ensure she goes to a great home that can afford the financial responsibility of a dog. I would love for her new family to have a fenced in yard as that's what she's used to, but it isn't a requirement if she'll be able to get plenty of exercise.
