Description
Looking for a part-time handyman to conduct routine maintenance, handle minor fixes/upgrades and carry out any necessary upkeep for various rental properties in the Brickell and Wynwood area.
Will require flexibility with scheduling but working hours will typically be conducted Monday-Sunday 11am-4pm. Working hours may vary depending on the state of occupancy and guests checking in.
$25 hourly pay with a guaranteed minimum of 1 hour payout per day of work.
Job will require you provide your own mode of transportation and tools.
